Full Spectrum Athletics Academy

At Full Spectrum Academy, our goal is simple — to give youth in our community more opportunities to move, learn, build confidence, and stay active in a positive recreational environment.
 
We created the Academy to offer high-quality recreational programming that helps children develop athletic foundations, coordination, body awareness, flexibility, balance, and confidence through fun, structured classes.

      A structured and disciplined program focused on grappling fundamentals, fitness, and personal growth.

      Open to all skill levels, this program teaches:

      • Technique and positioning
      • Controlled sparring
      • Strength and conditioning
      • Respect and discipline

      One of the biggest differences at Full Spectrum Academy is our focus on small group sizes. Most of our classes are intentionally capped at approximately 8 participants. This allows our instructors and coaches to provide more individual attention, safer instruction, stronger athlete development, and a more welcoming atmosphere for every child involved.
       
      Our instructors bring a wide range of knowledge and experience to the programs they teach, creating an environment where athletes can learn proper fundamentals while still having fun and enjoying the process.
       

      We also strongly believe that our programs work extremely well alongside a child’s primary sport. Many parents use our classes as a way to help improve:

      • Balance and coordination
      • Core strength and stability
      • Flexibility and mobility
      • Joint movement and body control
      • General athletic confidence
      Whether your child plays hockey, baseball, soccer, gymnastics, dance, or simply wants to stay active, our programs are designed to help build athletic tools that often are not fully developed within a single sport environment.
       
      As Full Spectrum Academy continues to grow, we are always looking for additional instructors, coaches, and program leaders who are passionate about working with youth and helping expand recreational opportunities within our community.
