At Full Spectrum Athletics, our Academy is built around one goal: helping kids grow stronger, more confident, and more connected through movement, creativity, and sport.
From gymnastics and dance to grappling and drama, our programs are designed to give youth in Listowel and surrounding communities a place to learn, develop skills, and have fun in a supportive environment.
Youth Gymnastics (Ages 4-11)
A high-energy program focused on building strength, coordination, and confidence in a safe and encouraging space.
Students will develop:
- Balance and coordination
- Tumbling and foundational gymnastics skills
- Strength and flexibility

Introduction to Dance (Ages 4-11)
A fun and welcoming entry into the world of dance. Perfect for beginners looking to explore different styles and express themselves.
Styles include:
- Jazz
- Lyrical
- Hip Hop
- Ballet

Drama Program (Ages 8-14)
A creative program designed to build confidence and help kids find their voice through performance.
Participants will explore:
- Improv and acting exercises
- Creative expression
- Confidence-building activities
📅 Tuesdays (8-week program)

🎭 Led by an experienced performer in theatre, TV, and film
North Perth Grappling Club
A structured and disciplined program focused on grappling fundamentals, fitness, and personal growth.
Open to all skill levels, this program teaches:
- Technique and positioning
- Controlled sparring
- Strength and conditioning
- Respect and discipline
